pour down some almond (or olive) oil in a casserole dish and add crush garlic and a few hot pepper flakes. Lay down 4 raw chicken breasts (preferable organic free range grass fed) sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cover with your favorite tomato sauce (we use Classico Tomato Basil) and then cover with almond flour and then cover with shredded cheese (we used Kerrygold BallyShannon) grass fed cheese!
